5.2 Afiscorp is not liable for shipments marked as “delivered” by carriers if no one is available to accept the package.
5.3 For damaged or missing shipments, please contact Afiscorp within 48 hours of delivery with documentation (photos, delivery receipts, or proof of damage) to file a claim.
6. International Shipping
6.1 International shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations of the destination country.
6.2 Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes.
6.3 Afiscorp is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
